These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products by the Seller, Urban Trading GRP Limited, trading as Urban Trading hereafter referred as "we", "us","seller" and "our", to the buyer, user or viewer hereafter referred as "customer" and "you".

To be eligible to purchase goods on our site and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.

On our Public and Wholesale Sites all prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. On our Trade Site the prices are exclusive of VAT.
All sales are sold as seen and we reserve the right, to change prices at any time without notice to you.
We shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and it has been received by us.
We are not obliged to accept your order and all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website.
The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit or debit card and (ii) we dispatch the goods to you after sending you a dispatch confirmation email. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
The risk in the goods shall pass to you the Customer on delivery.

When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 7 (seven) days after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected. If no such action has been taken, we shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any return at a later date.
No claims will be processed after 30 working days. Therefore you must notify us within 30 working days for any items that have not been received.
One of our main aim's is to ensure you receive the highest quality of product and service at all times, offering you, our valued customer a 100% level of service and satisfaction, should you have any concerns please contact us and we will endeavor to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
We offer a NO quibble returns policy on all items within 30 days of receipt; however returns for "Makeup", "Audio" or "Video recordings" "Computer software" items are not permitted unless they are sealed and unopened for hygiene and security reasons.
For all other returns we will replace or refund the cost of the product (excluding P&P) to you upon receipt of the returned items.
If your parcel is returned to us by our couriers we will notify you and issue you with a full refund.
Please note that we cannot process any claims after 30 working days. Therefore you must notify us within 30 working days for any items that have not been received.
All returned items must be sent back in the same condition as they were received, i.e. in their original, unopened packaging and in a saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the item received has been incorrectly sent, described or damaged in which case a FULL refund will be given including postage and packaging costs.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery method as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us or get lost in the post. Once your item is returned to us we will process your refund or exchange immediately.
If you have a problem with a delivered item including damages you must email us within 24 hours of the receipt of your goods and let us know your concerns. We will then be able to assist you as in some cases a return may not be required.
Items returned without prior contact will not be processed.

Your right of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations
You may cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations by notifying us no later than 7 working days after we deliver the goods that you are cancelling the contract.
You may not cancel your contract with us under the Distance Selling Regulations where any "Makeup", "Audio" or "Video recordings" or "Computer software" has been unsealed by you.
If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must take reasonable care of the goods from the time you receive them until you return them to us.
If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations and do not return the goods as required, we may charge you our direct costs of recovering the goods.
Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 7 days of receipt of the goods or services.
Your cancellation rights expire 7 days from the date you contact us or after 7 days of receipt of the goods. The distance selling regulations further specify when your cancellation rights expire. Deemed delivery date will be 4 working days from date of posting. Cancellation is only deemed served once notify us in writing by contacting us on email@example.com
Note that you must retain possession of the goods or services and ensure that the goods or services are kept in the same condition as they were when they were delivered until such time as the goods or services are delivered back to us by you;
If your item develops a fault within the first 28 days, please email us with details of the fault and we will work through to a satisfactory resolution with you. If your fault develops after the first 28 days please follow the instructions contained in the manufacturer's warranty. Please check your warranty booklet for parts covered under warranty along with the manufacturer's terms and conditions for the item you have purchased. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.
Whilst we will try to ensure that material included on the Website is correct, reputable and of high quality, we cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems you may experience with the Website.
